T-Mobile Park is located at 1250 First Avenue South in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood. It is east of Dave Niehaus Way South (a section of First Avenue named for the late, great Mariner broadcaster) between Edgar Martinez Drive South and South Royal Brougham Way.
Interstate 5, Interstate 90, and State Route 99 all serve T-Mobile Park and have clearly marked exits for reaching the ballpark. The Mariners’ website has detailed driving directions.
The T-Mobile Park parking garage has spaces for about 2,100 vehicles and parking can be purchased in advance. The parking garage is accessible to cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. The Lumen Field Event Center and Union Station garages also provide convenient parking for the ballpark. Also, there are many private outdoor lots in the area. The Mariners’ website details more parking options.
Don’t want to drive? T-Mobile Park is well served by public transportation. The Sound Transit Link Light Rail line runs close to the ballpark with stops at the Stadium and International District/Chinatown stations. Metro Transit and Sound Transit have bus routes that make stops near T-Mobile Park. Washington State Ferries and King County Water Taxis dock less than a mile from the ballpark. Check the Mariners’ website for more information about transit options.
Taxis and ridesharing vehicles serve T-Mobile Park. The ballpark is also an easy walk, 30 minutes or less, from most downtown hotels.
