Board Meetings

The PFD Board conducts monthly meetings at its offices, which are accessed from the south side of T-Mobile Park at 110 Edgar Martinez Drive South. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the PFD will be holding online meetings in a manner consistent with guidance from the Attorney General's office until such time that this guidance is changed by official decree.

Meetings begin at 2:30 p.m. and are open to the public. A list of all general meetings scheduled for 2021 can be found here. Special meetings are also occasionally held with notice provided by law. To receive advance notice of PFD Board meetings please email your request to [email protected].

The Board of Directors received a briefing from the Mariners on their upcoming season, as well as a briefing on State legislation that could impact T-Mobile Park.

The board received a briefing on the year end 2020 budget, approved an operating reserve fund, and make allocations to the capital expenditures and operating reserve funds. They also received a briefing on the Neighborhood Improvement Fund and approved next steps in identifying projects for the fund.

The board received briefings about the ballpark roof and the Mayor’s Industrial & Maritime Advisory Committee.

The board approved the PFD operating budget for 2021 and heard reports about a re-design of the PFD logo and website.

The board received briefings on the 2021 Ballpark Management Plan and Ballpark Operations Plan.

The board heard a report about the state auditor’s plan to conduct the 2019 audit of the PFD this fall.

The board and the Seattle Mariners discussed current and future capital project needs for the ballpark.

The Seattle Mariners gave a report about the club’s response to and the impacts of COVID-19 on the 2020 baseball season.

This was a special meeting. The board passed a resolution making the Executive Director the auditing officer of the PFD and clarifying those duties.

The board welcomed a new member, Chris Marr, and new Executive Director Joshua Curtis.
